Every server is on a plan. Prices are per server, in euros. Start on Free and upgrade when you need more.

Letters, donations, welcome messages, moderation, the help desk and support tickets (within the monthly limit) work on every plan.
Custom is Premium plus white label (your own bot name, avatar and colours): from €267 setup, plus a monthly fee agreed with you.
Upgrading
An admin runs /plan upgrade in Discord, picks a plan and how to pay:
- Monthly: renews by itself every month through a PayPal subscription.
- Prepaid: paid once for 1, 6, 12 or 24 months at 0%, 5%, 10% or 20% off. It doesn't renew by itself.
Every price is a whole number of euros. When a discount comes out with cents, it's rounded up to the next euro.

You pay on PayPal's own site. /plan view shows your plan, its limits and what upgrading unlocks. /plan compare shows every plan.
Upgrade credit
On Free and Standard, your share of coin and membership sales becomes upgrade credit. Credit is used first when you upgrade; if it covers the whole price, nothing is charged.
Changing plan
Switching plan in the middle of a prepaid term turns the unused part of the old term into credit. Renewing the same length without a gap keeps your commitment streak going.
Ending or cancelling
/plan cancelstops monthly renewal. The plan runs until the paid month ends.- A week before a prepaid plan ends, Journo reminds your admins.
- If a monthly payment fails, your server keeps its plan for 3 days and your admins get a message. After that it goes back to Free.
When a server goes back to Free, your settings are kept. Features your plan no longer includes stop until you upgrade again.
Members can help
Members can crowdfund the next plan up (or keep Premium going) with the plan hype train. That money pays for the plan, so it all goes to Journo.
