Custom is Premium plus white label, from €267 setup plus a monthly fee agreed with you.
Members chip in real money to fund the next plan for the whole server: Free and Standard unlock a month of Plus, Plus unlocks Premium, and on Premium the community keeps Premium going. Once Plus is funded, a top-up train can take the server on to Premium for just the difference, and members can renew Plus or Premium for next month in advance. Anyone can join in with /hypetrain view, or with the Chip in button on the panel admins post with /hypetrain panel.
The goal is the price of that plan (the table shows Plus). Fund it several months in a row and the goal gets cheaper. If the next month isn't funded, the funded plan stays on for a 7-day last call. After that the server goes back to its usual plan and the streak starts again.
All the money a plan train raises pays for the plan itself. On Plus and Premium there's a second train too: members crowdfund an item from your shop, and everyone who chips in gets it.

Add Journo to your server, then an admin runs /plan upgrade in Discord and picks a plan and how to pay. You pay on PayPal's own site, so Journo never sees card or bank details. /plan view shows what your server has now.
Monthly renews by itself through PayPal every month until you stop it with /plan cancel; the plan then runs until the paid month ends. Prepaid is paid once for 1, 6, 12 or 24 months, with 0%, 5%, 10% or 20% off, and doesn't renew by itself. Journo reminds your admins a week before a prepaid plan ends.
Every price is a whole number of euros. When a discount comes out with cents, the price is rounded up to the next euro, so you always see a simple total.
On Free and Standard, your share of coin and membership sales in your server is kept as upgrade credit. Credit is used first when you run /plan upgrade, and if it covers the whole price, you don't pay anything.
Free includes 3 support tickets a month and Standard 100; Plus and Premium have no limit. When the month's tickets are used up, members are asked to contact a staff member directly until the next month starts.
Donations made with /donate go towards Journo's development and improvement, adding new tools and features. On Free and Standard, if you've deployed the donation panel, you get 5% of the donations made in your server, paid out. Each donor gets 3 activity points for every euro as a thank-you. Yes. The unused part of your old term turns into upgrade credit, which goes towards the new plan.
Your server keeps its plan for 3 days after a missed payment, and your admins get a message asking them to check PayPal. After that it goes back to Free until you upgrade again. Your settings are kept.
There's no trial, but the Free plan has no time limit. You can use it as long as you like and upgrade when you need more.
Euros. If your PayPal account uses another currency, PayPal converts the amount when you pay.
