The guided tour

When Journo joins a server, it posts a short tour for admins. The tour takes about five minutes. Each step explains one feature and has a Set this up button that opens the right settings in a pop-up window.

You can skip anything. /tutorial brings the tour back at any time, at the step you reached.

The steps

1. Welcome to Journo: what Journo does.
2. Pick a look: choose a theme and describe your server in a sentence or two. See Themes.
3. Staff and admin roles: who handles tickets and who can change settings, plus a bot log channel.
4. Welcome new members: welcome message, starting role and an optional Verify button.
5. Teach the help desk: give it your rules, FAQ and guides.
6. Support tickets: support roles, log channel, ticket forms and the ticket panel.
7. Application forms: build a form from an example and post the Apply button.
8. AI watch: channels, rules and a punishment ladder. Start in practice mode.
9. Polls: who can run them, the options and where results go.
10. Rewards and engagement: names for points and coins, quests, raffles and the shop.
11. Member insights and AI advice: needs the Plus plan.
12. Your plan: what your plan includes, and hype trains.
13. The web dashboard: /dashboard for settings and statistics in your browser.
14. All set: /setup-check, /settings and /help.
