Application forms
Use forms for whitelists, staff applications, clan tryouts or anything else where members apply and staff decide.
Create a form
- Run
/application createwith a name and the channel where staff will review submissions. Pick an example (staff application, whitelist and more) to start with ready-made questions. You can also set a role to give when someone is accepted, a role to take away, and how long before someone can apply again (24 hours by default). - Press Edit questions and text and write your questions, one per line, with a tag for the answer type (see below). Up to 25 questions per form.
- Press Preview as a member to try it. Nothing is saved.
- Press Edit channel, cooldown and roles to check the roles.
- In the channel where people should apply, run
/settings, choose Applications and press Post an Apply button here. Or run/application panel.
/application edit reopens the form any time. /application question-add (with an answer type and options) and /application question-remove change one question.
Field types
Add a tag in [square brackets] after the question. A question without a tag is a one-line answer. The same tags work for ticket forms.

[optional]: members can skip it.[hint: e.g. Steve_Rogers]: an example shown greyed out inside the box.[multi max 2: ...]: at most 2 picks.
Members fill the form in pop-up windows, five questions a page. Answers are checked (a number must be a number, an email must look like one), and anything wrong is shown with a Fix my answers button that keeps everything they typed. Uploaded files are copied into the review post, so they don't expire.
/tutorial guide:Forms has the same guide inside Discord.
Reviewing
Submissions arrive in your review channel with Accept and Reject buttons. Journo gives or takes away the roles you chose, and tells the applicant the result by DM (you can switch that off). /application pending lists everything waiting.
/application toggle opens or closes a form. /application delete deletes a form; past submissions are kept.
Plans
Free has 3 forms. Standard has 10 forms. Plus and Premium have unlimited forms.
